As per the "Legitimate Forensic Examiners" as they call themselves, the expert on the subject of how a reported stolen vehicle last operated has very little to do with the outcome of the case.

In this Oklahoma case, where the only thing presented was my report on the burned transponder vehicle December 2008.

Mr. Akeel  the very short email who is a client Michigan attorney, in which we opposed Allstate in court (Issa v. Allstate-Detroit-Wayne County-April 2008). Here is a note as it applies to the boys at http://www.forensicauto.net : Our side prevailed in spite of the (information that was going to ruin my credibility supplied at the 11th hour in court by the Allstate defense). The Allstate lawyer had received "valuable" information from one of the boys. He stated as these jerks always do: Mr. Painter; Isn't it true you were kicked out of a professional organization for ethics violations?

As I have done before, I looked at the jury explaining members in this association do not want other members opposing them and they did not like having their misgivings brought up in court or in a deposition. I also stated that it was kind of convenient for me to get kicked out on a Saturday afternoon, less than 36 hours before I was to testify.

I stated also, it was a little funny how the opposing prosecutor knew before I did that they were kicking me out.

After explaining this to the jury, they laughed and they definitely understood what the Allstate defense attorney had done by addressing this issue!

 As stated as well this whole expulsion was illegal because first, the association corporation was in bad standing with the State of Maryland at this time because taxes had not been paid. Their contact person was dead for years. Locksmiths acting as lawyers with the agenda of getting rid of their competition and technically, since I was grand fathered in the association for membership and my CFL (Certified Forensic Locksmith) title, technically any new rules they developed did not apply to me.

My attorney out of Maryland who went to my expulsion meeting Sept. 16, 2006 told me at that time, I definitely have cause to sue them.

The next 11th hour question by the Allstate Defense Attorney--

After asking what courts I had qualified in, this guy pulled the same crap as others defending their cases. He stated; Mr. Painter, isn't it true a judge disqualified you from testifying in a federal trial? Again, I didn't look at him. I looked straight at the jury and stated NO! It was a California state trial (Salazar v. Farmers-Fresno, California). I wasn't disqualified to testify because I never appeared in that court room!

It doesn't have to be true, the attorney doesn't care if he ruins my good name on something that is not true, all to win a case at my expense and in hopes of ruining my ability to successfully support my opinions because of question on my credibility.

All opposing attorneys are now on notice (You copy my website in its entirety for years against copyright protection) so here is your notice!

If you attempt to lie or twist the truth about my background in a motion to exclude, in a deposition, trial or anywhere else, I have attorneys on call that have said they will be glad to take litigation against your firm!

The Salazar case was used by a competitor to make it appear as though he was responsible for the "win" at http://arcforensics.com under the heading "Court conclusions." In fact, that was left up there for close to a year. It was used by competitors to smear my name. I asked Mr. Miller to take it down from his site and I received this. The transcript from the court had my name plastered all over it with comments about me from the judge and I really have no idea why I was even mentioned. Who knows. It would only be speculation on my part and unlike the boys, I won't speculate or use innuendo.

Here are the facts about the case:

I was deposed on this case. I was asked my opinion as to how I believed the vehicle was last operated? I stated vehemently that I needed to be able to examine the ignition lock and keys before I could render an opinion on how the reported stolen vehicle was last operated.  Obviously in this case, without examination of the ignition lock and keys after the insurance expert Herbert T. Miller had performed his  for examination allegedly on these items to render his conclusion, and I was not given the components to examine, any testimony I had given in my deposition was moot. In other words, without having the opportunity to take all facts related to the vehicle into consideration, I could not render a conclusion as to the last operation of this vehicle.

As stated, I was never asked to appear, nor was I aware that the trial even happened until I saw the transcript plastered all over Mr. Miller's website.

If the expert has nothing to do with the outcome of the case as per the boys at http://www.forensicauto.net, then why is it that everything possible is done in an attempt to ruin my credibility so I can't testify against these "forensic" experts?

Why is it, whenever the boys get the opportunity to bash me in their articles, their websites and indirectly by feeding the insurance defense attorneys and prosecutors with untrue innuendo, speculation, conjecture, assumption passed off as fact about me, they do? If me as an expert involved only in the portion of the case involving the vehicle is not important or insignificant; why do they attack me?

We all know why and if they are upset now, they have not seen anything yet. I believe in being transparent. I have to be because these jerks (in my opinion) have gone personal. They have aired my personal issues, they have assisted in costing me a 20 year marriage. They made every attempt possible to take any insurance income (and all my income for that matter), just for asking legitimate questions about how they arrived to their conclusions.

Contrary to what the membership of the coalition states on their website and I keep repeating this. I have no hidden agenda. I have no vendetta against any of these self-proclaimed professionals.

I survived when others would have just given up and checked out. Kind of like the testimony Rich Pacheco gave in the video deposition (Ledin v. Mercury Insurance-July, 2005-Florida case) about Al Shannon. Mr. Shannon was in this field. Mr. Pacheco stated this is a high stress career and it is understandable how Mr. Shannon took his life by shooting himself in the head.

Funny, the only stress I see is what these boys and the opposing attorneys subjected me to.

Things for me are good now. I fought bogus federal charges based on "Alleged Allegations." I was totally exonerated! I was forced into personal bankruptcy courtesy of the boys because I lost most of my insurance assignments because of their slander and libel. The libel plus the innuendo about an unnamed expert and his personal bankruptcy was all over the site. Everyone knew who they were referring to. On their website, they claimed I pocketed $250,000-$300,000 and had been disgraced by being kicked out of a professional organization.

By the way, this information is no longer on their site and they never even mentioned I was exonerated of all charges. Yes guys, I am not as stupid as you would like to think. I have everything copied and documented!

It has cost me so much to go with what I believe in--the truth!!! The truth will prevail. It is very funny to see the response to me on their websites. I find it very humorous! There is only one way to stop me from exposing them and as I have said, precautions have been taken. If anything happens to me, there are many others that have the same information I do and they will turn it over to the press and authorities if I get so much as a nose bleed!

Although at one time, things in my life looked very grim because of all the things that were done to me, but I am now golden and can't have my reputation hurt anymore!

It needs to be understood that these guys are scared to death if I oppose them, and if I meant as little to them as they say, why is it they did everything possible to attack me personally?
