As I have stated many times, this is in no way a "War" between us. I am just tired of lies being obfuscated as fact about my personal good name as well as the reputation of my Corporation Rob Painter & Associates Inc.
Unlike them, I have no problem directing to their website. I have no problem issuing supporting documentation to reveal just how credible the "Legitimate Forensic Examiners" as they call themselves are.
If you look at their site, there is all sorts of ranting and raving as what appears to be a ghost because they state they will not indulge at defending their statements.
Concern should be considered in being a member of the coalition because, you District Attorneys and insurance companies are associating with a convicted felon for distribution of cocaine. Obviously, this organization lacks standards with a board member in charge of ethics, performs "Mail Order" Forensics without examining the vehicle.
Then there is the member on the ethics committee that can't even agree on the issues as they relate to tool mark analysis by the other member of the "Key pathway" process.
All these issues will come out in future trials.
Why do they offer these vicious attacks against me? Because they can't support their conclusions in court against us. If they can't attack our knowledge, they go personal with lies.
They have now included a paragraph on their website as to an expert that had his personal bankruptcy discharged had the case reopened and is under investigation by the federal government. Included is the anonymous letter that was used as evidence. Please note, it is a common M.O. of these experts to send out unsigned anonymous letters.

Dear Sirs,
I would suggest that you check on libel laws while you are referring to a person that can be identified living or dead and you do not have to use that person’s name.
Secondly, the information you claim on you website states the information given by the expert is lies. If anyone is misstating the truth, the information put out by the Coalition of Forensic Examiners is false. The site states in more than one place about the expert’s financial situation.
One page addresses how the expert claimed $0 income and kept $250,000-$300,000. On the front page of your site in the lower paragraph in red type states now that the expert had a bankruptcy discharged in which evidence caused the bankruptcy to be reopened and the expert is under federal investigation.
I will be supplying the “Proof” used to reopen the bankruptcy which you may want to put on your site.
Since the “professional legitimate forensic examiners” have used their common M.O. of using anonymous letters of accusations, this was used as proof. Trust me—I may not be able to prove exactly who sent this letter to my creditor, but we can without a doubt prove the source as to where this information came from and that will be addressed separately.
Here is your situation—If the coalition website continues to tell lies about me, the next letter you will be getting is from the federal government to cease and desist for discrimination because I am now a protected class under being disabled and your site is obviously discriminating against me and my corporation.
In fact, I may even consider pushing this issue right now!
You have 24 hours to remove all reference to me, my corporation Rob Painter & Associates Inc. or I will take all legal means necessary to make you remove this defamatory and libelous information.
