Some may spin this as one competitor against another and that is all that is-spin. The truth of the matter is this firm has never prevailed when opposing us. It is common to see the client insurance company fold and settle, (NATS says it is a business decision-they are right. The insurance company could not use their conclusions to defend their case) when we present evidence about them, or critique their procedures and their very questionable cut and paste reports. We once said that a monkey could perform their procedures better than they could. They proved us right by hiring a dog handler to report on more than 2,000-assignments (his sworn testimony) more or less inferring the insured had something to do with the theft claim.
