Rob's Extensive Very Real CV
For attorneys that need very relative information about Robert Mangine of North American Technical Services A/K/A North American Consulting, now being based in Florida, previously based in Las Vegas-
We have so much on this firm, including a forensic locksmith named Tim Rosenberger. If you have such a case against Infinity, Progressive, Allstate, State Farm, Sterling, we have the information you need to enhance your defense dramatically!!!!!
We have depositions, cut & paste reports, sworn trial testimony and more!!!
In Case You Might Think We have Any Issues With Mr. Mangine Or His Firm, We Are Professionals and Don't Get Into Any Of That. It Is, However To Important For Us To Know Those Firms We Often Successfully Oppose.
As For Any Other Firms That We might Be Familiar With, Contact Us and Ask.
Unlike the majority out there in our industry, we don't exclusively provide services to insurance companies. We provide services to insureds, attorneys, law enforcement and fire service as well.
All too often these days, locksmiths have seen the opportunity to enhance their income, by offering their own special brand of forensic locksmithing. Focus is primarily on the condition of the ignition lock, and yet it is only one small part to the total puzzle of how a reported stolen vehicle was last operated.
Even a monkey could perform what many of these self-proclaimed "professional forensic analysts" do. There are cases we have right now, in which the locksmith did not retain the evidence and yet the court is supposed to take the word on what an expert allegedly states he observed. As the insured, how can your own expert perform peer review on his testing and conclusions? He can't!
How can we help the insured who has been denied on their theft claim?
We are very familiar with auto theft claim denial cases. Commonly, this may be the client attorney's first case like this.
Since we work for all sides and have over 17 years of claims experience, we commonly know what the opposing attorney is going to do at deposition or in trial. In other words, we commonly know what the defense effort is before they apply it!
We guide the client attorney along the way. Our extensive claims experience is second to none in comprehensive claims. We advise the attorney as to the documentation to be subpoenaed such as, but not limited to: claims activity notes, reports, photos etc.
There are many Charlatans in this field and by the use of common sense and our extensive knowledge in forensics and auto theft, we can assist a jury in explaining all the surrounding issues about how that specific car, may or may not have been operated last. The point being, as many issues as needed as for considering issues on the anti-theft system, and all of it's components and the analysis of the ignition lock.
Instead of using confusing issues to support our stance in a case, in which the insured was denied on their theft claim, based primarily on the "forensic" expert report that states the vehicle was last operated with a key of the proper type, we go much farther and explain these issues to a jury in a very easy to understand manner.
We look forward to working with you.
