The
purpose of this site is to make people understand just how forensics plays a
role when determining how a reported stolen vehicle was last operated, and how
vehicle fire examinations are approached.
Unlike
most experts in this field we have worked for all sides. Our side is for truth,
justice and the American way. Even though in civil cases, preponderance is the
threshold, we try to hold a much higher standard our threshold is beyond a reasonable doubt as
it relates to the vehicle. If we can't prove it, we do not make absolute
statements.
If forensic experts can support their conclusions based on true scientific
methodology, we have no problem with agreeing with them. This however is rarely
the case, and their forensic conclusions are commonly based on speculation,
assumption and are put out as fact that are commonly the reason for the denial
of an auto theft claim.
This is
not a "side" issue as portrayed by the opposing experts. Many forensic experts
in this field
feel they should not dare be questioned as to how they arrived to their
conclusion. These conclusions have to be under scrutiny because people's lives
are at stake!
Unfortunately, many of these independent forensic examiners are biased as
to who puts bread on the table, their insurance clients.

Company Profile
Rob's background has been in the
direct repair of more that 10,000 theft recovered vehicles. This experience
gives him the ability to look far past the ignition lock condition when it comes
to examining a reported stolen vehicle as to how it was last operated.
With over 30 years working as an
auto technician and training on fire characteristics he is aware of how fire
interrelates with vehicle components.
Rob has served many
times as a consultant/expert witness many times in our nation's courts.
Rob has been a columnist for the public on matters involving auto
theft and prevention on a world wide scale.
Rob has been an inventor and published author.
Our goal is to supply the best work product possible as it relates to

A list of some of our associates:
John has been a Fire Investigator/ instructor and has commonly given
the state fire certification test for the state of Pennsylvania. He is also a
retired State Trooper.
Dan who has an awesome background is a former Riverside, California
Sheriff's Deputy. He holds a JD from California's Western State University Law
School and is also
a locksmith.
Jeff has an extensive vehicle fire origin and cause background and is
very highly trained.
Mark is a battalion chief for a fire department who has also served
with law enforcement.
We now have a new associate that will bring even more experience to the
Association in other areas. We are introducing Earnest. This man is an attorney
in Michigan and Illinois, but it doesn't stop there. He was in charge of
Detroit's medical examiner's office. He has qualified as an expert witness many
times in bio-mechanical issues and many other health related subjects with
emphasis on vehicles and toxins. Some of the letters after his name that are not
inclusive--MD., JD,MPH, MS, just to list a few.
