Insurance Fraud is a Problem, but so is Insurer Fraud!!!

One would have to be nuts to sign a "theft pack" document like this!!!

Basically what it is saying "We are acting in bad faith in order to find any reason to deny your claim any way we can. In the event we cost you any type of personal irreparable harm, you sign that you will not seek litigation against us."

Yes, this is an actual insurance document. If the insured does not sign, the insurance company can deny the claim for non-cooperation.

Now, we feel in our opinion that this is a direct attack on the insured, in which could be classified as insurer fraud.

If your car is stolen and the insurance company is demanding that you sign a document like this before the claim can be processed, get an attorney immediately!!!!

Unlike criminal law in which your Miranda rights are given once arrested, remember this, in auto theft claims EVERYTHING you say and do CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU!!!!!! The same holds true if a prosecutor just wants to interview you. Remember all the same rules apply accept you are not informed of your rights because in this process you have no rights! Do NOT go to an interview with a prosecutor without competent counsel!

Most of us think that if our theft claim is being investigated, it is because the insurance company is trying to find out who stole the vehicle.

No, the claim is under investigation so the insurance company and their "independent" forensic locksmith can build a case against the insured whether they had anything to do with the claim or not. This so-called "independent" expert will go into all the gook as to how your ignition was not damaged and because equipped from the factory, could not have been stolen. Can they prove these statements? Almost never can the link the ignition and anti-theft transponder system together as working correctly. Almost always assumed. Proper key is obfuscated into being the correct key.

If the vehicle was towed and found stripped, how would this expert's opinion be valid? It wouldn't be if successfully opposed!!!!
