The International Association of Investigative Locksmiths
What everyone needs to realize that the IAIL (International Association of Investigative Locksmiths) members and the insurance defense`attorneys will stop at nothing to destroy an opposing expert not caring if it causes personal destruction with lies and deceit.
It would not be fair for me to paint all these members with a broad brush. This relates to approximately 10 members of this association and most are board members or have some other position in this organization. In fact, these same members have put up all sorts of inaccurate information about me on another website as well http://www.forensicauto.net.
These guys hated each other and would cut each others throat for insurance work, but have polarized together to launch attacks against me.
The members of IAIL are very bitter because they have lost so many cases to my side. Their shoddy work an unbased conclusions were exposed. We are now at 68 cases we have prevailed against the membership effective April 17,2008. They will lose more.
These experts take this personally and are vicious. They do not like to be exposed as the frauds they really are, but it shows in court when they have no scientific basis for their conclusions that they put into their reports. Everything is based on opinions from the examination of the day. No standards, no redundant processes.
Being humble, I don’t claim to be that good. They are just that bad. Innocent people are getting convicted of crimes without any actual proof! I have a problem with this.
I know what the insured or defendant feels like to be lied about. I walk in their shoes.
Anyone considering joining the IAIL should consider this:
I have been told by my attorney I have cause to sue them.
Their posted ethics requires members not to be convicted felons and yet they waved one felon to become a member.
Their educational instructor does Mail-Order reports which is in direct conflict to their ethics which requires the examiner to do physical examination of the evidence.
Yes, this is a good ole’ boy club which requires the member to only work for insurance companies and the prosecution. Anyone opposing the membership is destroyed!
If you have no ethics and want to be a yes man, IAIL or the Coalition Network of Forensic Examiners are the places to be a member.
Always remember--there is guilt by association.
I can prove everything these people have done to me. They were stupid enough to leave a paper trail. They do not mention my name or my website because the truth about what they say would come out.
