Tom Seroogy's article

Now, the website http://www.forensicauto.net goes on to explain the professionalism in their coalition. In reality, it is just an angry bunch of sore losers that do not want their shortcomings exposed. Just remember, the coalition claims to have "Legitimate forensic examiners."

Please note on the last page the member's names listed and you will see that belong to both IAIL and the coalition. In my opinion both are Good Ole' Boys clubs that rarely if ever serve as expert witnesses for criminal defense or for the insured.

Please excuse our format here. we are building a huge interactive website that will have these files in PDF.

It is stated by them that I have delusions of a conspiracy theory. In reality, this site does not even touch what I have for supported proof that these guys along with outside insurance attorneys, will do to ruin every ounce of credibility that I have. All based on half-truths and lies.

Why? Because I am exposing them for what they really are and after you read this site, you will be able to make an informed opinion as to how just how professional these goofs are.

There is fair warning here about them and if you the insurance company are using them for "Forensic" examinations, you need to understand the risk you are taking. Would not look good in a class action. Especially when you interrogate the insured to no end. Due diligence is the key.

This article was directed at me and Brad Stone. It even goes on to say "Rob Painter of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (even this was not accurate) known for his hyperbole and lack of technical expertise is known for his tricks in court." In reality, one might be able to fool the court once or twice, but not 67 times! This was written by (Mr. mail-order forensics) Tom Seroogy who only had 4 years in this business and yes he was not believed by a jury costing his client Farmers Insurance Company $375,000 in Fresno (Sidhu vs. Farmers).

What inspired this article was an article on the web "Pinch my Ride."

You can read the article and one can see the hatred this man has for me, just like the people that had their names at the end of the article.

The problem with them is that they can never support anything with fact and just offer their un-based opinions as fact. Similar to their report style.

Mr. Seroogy goes on to write about Mr. Wasseff. The case was Wasseff vs. Unitrin. He goes on to state if a proper examination had been done that the number of assigned transponder keys were available to operate the vehicle. My point exactly. I used the proper equipment and yes, we determined how many keys were programmed for the vehicle. Mr. Seroogy should not have even gone into this because he was not the insurance expert. Mr. Mangine's firm did an incompetent examination costing the insurance company over $100,000.

It is my opinion that the coalition members will say anything to favor the insurance company and insinuate the insured had something to do with the fire or theft of their vehicle.

Now, after reading this, do you think I am dilusional about a conspiracy? When the new website comes out you will see much more. I even have the 2005 deposition of Ferres vs. Permanent General, where one of the persons named on this article threatened my life and started talking about little blue men that steal cars!
